What should you be paying for IT Support

This is not an easy question to answer.  However the best way to get value from your IT support provider is to let them do what you are paying them to do.  What does this mean?

Everything a business needs to grow and run efficiently.

We do not just provide break-fix.  It is helping you plan to grow, but also understanding your budget and your requirements per user. 

All physical machines (Microsoft &/or Apple Mac) as standard.

Absolutely! We have a dedicated team working in our repairs workshop five days a week. We repair all your business technology, Computers, servers, mobiles, tablets and printers

Our standard charge is £95+VAT per hour, but if you are a support client, this is discounted down to £80+VAT per hour.

We also only charge a minimum of 1 hour for the first hour, it is then in 15 minute increments there after.

The cost of delivery and collection varies depending on your location.  If you are located in the South, we will often be able to collect and delivery in person.  If you are located across the UK, we will charge according to courier costs and if you want insurance.

Prices are available upon request.​

This really depends on what the server is doing.  If it is just running a few applications will cost approximately £1,000.  But if it is running multiple virtual machines and multiple SQL databases this will be more.

The best guestimate for  installing a server is between £1,000 – £2,500.  Please contact us today and we will be delighted to give you an exact quotation to install a new server for you.

If you are one of our monthly support client we charge a fixed rate of £145+VAT.

What is important to remember is we will do all the pre installation at our premises, meaning a lot less disruption for you and your colleagues. 

We will then be able to complete the installation once the machine is at your location.  A lot of personalisation if we are migrating you from one machine to another.

If you are not on a monthly support package, we charge £95+VAT per hour for installation.

It is difficult to give the exact price, as depends on the printer and how many users.

We charge per hour and usually takes 1-2 hours on average.

Our hourly charge is £80+VAT for support client and £95+VAT for non-monthly support clients.

We charge exactly the same as Microsoft, we do not ‘load our prices’

We charge £2.40+VAT per month / per user for a standalone cloud backup of your Microsoft 365.

Please also bare in mind that the ‘dataset’ within 365 is fragmented with Teams and SharePoint, so you will require one additional license for this.

e.g. you are a business of 10 people using Microsoft 365 applications, Teams and SharePoint, you will require 11 licenses (11x£2.40 = £26.40+VAT)

We charge £60+VAT per month for up to 3TB of data.
