From assisting with software issues, to addressing matters with hardware, IT Support is focused on this.
Is my data safe with Syn-Star? Absolutely! We use the industry leading management systems to ensure this. Everything we do is focused on protecting your and your clients' personal data, especially when we're working on your machines to offer IT Support.
What experience do you have? We have been helping companies like you with IT and telecoms since 2002. Our team comprises of senior IT solutions specialists to help you with the most complex of matters, down to 1st Line Technicians who are our first-line of defence when it comes to addressing your IT issues.
Are you located too far to offer IT Support? Nope! About 97% of the IT Support we offer is achieved remotely. We're based in Hampshire, but we support businesses across the country with their IT systems. If you're in need of an on-site visit, this may be arranged.
How long do I need to commit to Syn-Star? Our IT Support contracts are for a minimum of 12 months, and then continue on a three month rolling contract. We're not in the business to tie you in to a lengthy IT support contract.
Why is IT Support important? The role of an IT Support specialist is to ensure your technology is doing what it's designed to do. IT Support is important because the team makes sure your data is stored in a secure way. Without the support of an IT professional, you may loose important information and interrupt business operations.
What if I am not happy with your service? We have a 90 days happiness guarantee - this means if you're not truly satisfied with our IT Support for business service within the first 90 days, you can terminate your contract. But we're confident you'll never need to do this.

How does IT Support work? IT technical support monitors the systems and networks belonging to a business. General day-to-day maintenance, such as updates, is conducted by an IT Support specialist too. Problems tend to be resolved in-person or remotely.
Do you offer discounts for charities? We love working with charities and discount our IT services to good causes. We're sometimes interested in volunteering for events too, so get in touch and let us know what you're up to.
What is the cost? Our pricing starts at £300 for up to 10 machines, then there is a set charge per machine thereafter. The cost also depends on any additional requirements, such as anti-virus, cloud software and more.
What about employees with two or more machines? Our IT Support includes support for 2nd and 3rd devices. So, if you have one computer but also a laptop and tablet, we'll support you with them too.
How do you set up IT Support? Setting up IT Support for business will start with a review of your current technology. Following this, there will be a conversation about your requirements, to help with writing a bespoke proposal. If accepted, there will then be a turnkey on-boarding process which is included in the cost.
