A large part of our onboarding process is to get to know your systems and work together to set a plan with the goal to improve the quality for maximum future-proofing.

With our support package, you will get unlimited support assisting with any software or hardware issues. Any employee can report an issue online or by phone instantly to ensure the fastest response and solution.

Everything we do is focused on protecting you and your client’s personal data, especially when you have employees working on their own machines from anywhere

We have been helping a range of different companies with IT and telecoms since 2002. Our team comprises of senior IT solutions specialists to help you with the most complex of matters, down to 1st Line Technicians who are our first line of defence when it comes to addressing your IT issues.

Our IT Support contracts are for a minimum of 12 months, and then continue on a three month rolling contract. We’re not in the business to tie you in to a lengthy IT support contract.

Setting up IT Support for business will start with a review of your current technology. Following this, there will be a conversation about your requirements, to help with writing a bespoke proposal. If accepted, there will then be a turnkey on-boarding process which is included in the cost.
