It’s the middle of May 2020 and the United Kingdom is experiencing its first lockdown due to the Coronavirus pandemic. While some businesses are booming, other companies are closing. It’s a tough time for everyone both personally and professionally.
But through the strange times, Syn-Star continued to provide the super-fast IT and Telecoms for our clients across the country, and was determined to support even more business owners and their teams.
How can we achieve this? How can Syn-Star add more value to those who engage with us? Why is the message we present as a technology specialist important? What do we need to do to accomplish our mission – to support the growth of companies (like you) by providing an excellent IT and Telecoms support service.
Many of the answers to these questions aligned with one conclusion. A rebrand.

Being visual to add more value
We’re serious about being a leading provider for IT Support, Telecoms, IT Consultancy and Virtual IT Director Services. And with that we need to look serious and ready to support a growing number of teams with value, value, value.
But with this, our new brand needed to reflect the personality of our team and what we’re best known for – our selflessness. We like to think we’ve achieved this.
First impressions are important and what people think of you when they see how you present yourself – the way you’re perceived – can play a huge part in who you work with. If we’re able to be perceived in an even more positive light, we’re winning because we’re helping others win through the very best technology.
Expanding our services
With more we can do more to help SMEs across the UK with their business technology. As we evolve, we are developing new and fresh ways to present our offering to engage with people in the right way – a way which places their needs at the centre.
It’s more than a rebrand; it’s an opportunity to launch our Syn-Star Academy, where we can offer training for individuals and teams to understand how to take full advantage of the software they use and how to stay safe online.
